1. How do I know that the photographers you list are qualified?
   We ask our photographers to provide us with references. We also urge our users to check with the better business bureau and to provide us feedback. In addition, view the portfolios and select photographers whose style you find appealing. Read the references and reviews. There is no obligation to hire any of the photographers you select.
   
   
2. Once I get my search results, do I have to use the photographer(s) listed?
   No, you are under no obligation to use the photographers listed if you are not satisfied with any of the photographer's proposals.
   
   
3. What is the cost?
   There is no cost for this service. We just ask that if you are happy with our service that you spread the word to your friends and family.
   
   
4. Do you screen the photographers or get samples of their work?
   We do not individually screen the photographers nor are we responsible for the services they provide, however, we do ask for samples of their work that can be displayed on our website for your review. We highly recommend that you evaluate all the proposals that you received prior to contracting with the photographer for their services.
   
   
5. Do you have references to contact or read about on the photographer's services?
   The photographer will provide the reference should you be interested in using their services.
   
   
6. How many photographers will be listed on the results page?
   We currently list 5 photographers that most closely match your service request.
   
   
7. Can I look for photographers outside my area?
   Yes, just enter the zip code or the town/city of the area you would like the photographer to be in.
   
   
8. I am having trouble getting results what do I do?
   Please contact us and we will be happy evaluating your search request.
   
   
9. Who receives the personal information that I submit?
   Your personal information is forwarded to only the photographers that you select. We do not sell or give out your information and we will only follow up with you to make sure you are happy with the service and to share future MyPhotoPro offerings. Click here for our Privacy Statement.
   
   
10. Do I have to contact the photographer or do they contact me?
    We instantly email the photographers that you have chosen with the information you submitted. It is up to the photographer as to how quickly they respond, however don't hesitate to contact them and tell them you received their information from MyPhotoPro.
    
    
11. Do these photographers also do videos as well?
    Some of our photographers provide video service and should have included this information in their listing, but you can always ask them directly.
    
    
12. If I am a photographer and want to be listed what do I have to do?
